You will work under the mentorship of the practice owner—a Pediatric Specialist—serving a high volume of patients in a fun, supportive, and digital environment.

Compensation

  • Pay Structure: You will earn the greater of a daily guarantee OR percentage. $350,000–$400,000 income potential, once established.

Schedule & Responsibilities

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
  • Procedures: Hygiene checks, exams, and simple restorative dentistry on children.
  • Technology: Fully digital office featuring panoramic x-rays and digital charting.

Who We Are Looking For

We are open to all experience levels, including 2026 Dental School Graduates.

  • License: Must have (or be eligible for) a valid Louisiana Dental License.
  • Attitude: Must have a patient demeanor and a genuine aptitude for working with children.
  • Soft Skills: We prioritize strong interpersonal abilities. You must be able to communicate effectively and warmly with parents, patients, and staff.
  • Teachable: Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced pediatric workflow.
