Our well-established dental practice is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our team! Backed by over 25 years of clinical excellence, our senior provider is transitioning toward a reduced schedule. We’re looking to hire immediately with ideal candidates being proficient in composites, surgical extractions, root canals, and crown and bridge procedures.
Practice highlights for the Dentist:
- Fee-for-Service (FFS) and PPO
- Family-oriented, primarily serving Adult patients
- Several Dental Assistants and Hygienists on site
- CBCT, Scanner, Laser, 3D printing, 5 Axis milling, Partner lab
- Provider sees around 12-14 patients per day, on average (Monthly production $50K-$100K on avg.)
- Serving the greater Hershey region for nearly 15 years
Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:
- Daily Guarantee for 90 days
- 35% of Adjusted Production (high grossing)

- Mentorship by senior provider
Schedule of the Dentist:
- Full Time (35 hours a week)
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday (OFF)
- No on-call responsibilities
