Our busy, well-established private dental office in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our team. This modern, fully digital practice has served the community for over 40 years and is known for delivering high-quality, family-focused care.
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Highlights of our clinic for the Dentist:
- Completely Fee-For-Service & PPO
- Fully Digital Office (Scanner, Digital X-Ray, etc.)
- Refers out Complex Endo, Oral Surgery, and all Orthodontic treatment
- 30–40 NEW patients per month (Primarily Adult based care!)
- Open to 2026 Grads!
Compensation & Benefits for the Dentist:
- Up $750 for 3 months, then % of collections to follow (98% collection rate in office)
- $180K–$200K on average per year for a provider at this location
- $10,000 sign-on bonus (after 90 days), CE allowance, and Mentorship
Schedule of the Dentist:
- Monday – Thursday (Off by 6:00 pm)
- Friday–Sunday: Closed
- No evenings, weekends, on-call
